Parents of Abducted Greenfield University Students Stage Protest at National Assembly Abuja (Photos)

Today parents of the abducted students of the College of Forestry Mechanization Afaka, Kaduna State staged a peaceful protest at the National Assembly Complex (NASS) Abuja, 4th of May 2021.

The grieved parents and concerned Nigerians were with placards as they sang solidarity songs, asking for the early intervention of the government.

They were joined by Omoyele Sowore, Deji Adeyanju and the Student Union Government (SUG) as they blamed the government for not showing concern over they kidnap of their wards 

The SUG displayed a banner with the pictures of the abducted students and a hash tag: Bring Back Our Students. Until Everyone Is Free, No One Is Free.

Their placards expressed disappointment in the way the government has handled their plight. 

About N100 million ransom has been demanded for by the abductors and five students killed already.

The kidnappers has threatened to kill the remaining 17 if their demand is not met soon.
