Col. Mamadi Doumbouya the current military leader of Guinea, has call on representatives of mining companies to build factories in the country and process the minerals locally instead of exporting them.

He also listed some key agendas that must be noted by investors in the country.

He noted as follows:

1. Build factories in Guinea

2. Process Bauxite locally 

3. Give priority to Guineans when it comes to employment.
