Rice is a very common foodstuff in Nigeria and indeed the world. It is scientifically known as “Oryza Sativa” and it is one of the most popular grain/cereal eaten by human beings.

One year ago the price of rice in Nigeria was 18000 Naira but now it increases more and more. In 2019 even poor man takes the Rice as They’re Everyday Food, but now a poor person can’t even try to buy it. it was increase more than the money he earns in the month or per a day.

In 2020, 50kg bag of foreign rice is sold for huge N31, 000 while Nigerian rice is sold for N25, 000 due to the unstable economy and only wealthy citizens could afford eating rice on daily basis.

Most of the said imported or foreign rice are Nigeria rice packed and sealed in a porpoted foreign sack.
