Day 1

* On Saturday 26th day of  December, 2020 - will be arrival of members for the celebration. 

*Members will find suitable accommodations for themselves 

* There will be an evening gathering at Yongo hotels ( Las Vegas ), for familiarization, banters and  loosen up drink . This will be from 6:30 pm- 10 pm

* Drinks and eatings will be from members pocket 

Day 2.

On Sunday ,27th day of December,2020

By 8 a.m - there will be a thanks giving mass at the St. Andrew's Secondary School chaplaincy (we shall be giving thanks for his mercies, protection and the repose of the souls of  our  four (4) members - Atule Martins, Tarpav Thomas, Ikima Terdoo and kpamor Terna 

By 12 noon - we shall all converge at the celebration venue - Temchi Lodge , Mbawer for the celebration and award ceremony.
