Formally beautiful CMS, area in Lagos State is now littered with empty sachet water nylons, bottle, water containers and blocked smelling drainages
The picture causing stir was reportedly snapped in 1993 vs the current look of the same area.
This will make you want to ask if the Lagos State government is neglecting its duties?
