Few days back Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (Anvisa) countered Russia's Sputnik Light vaccine, saying it contains adenoviruses capable of replication, a potential danger to vaccine recipients.

Today Thursday May, 6 2021, the Russian authorities have officially announce the use of the  Sputnik Light vaccine according to CGTN media

According to Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) this will go a long way and help countries with much Covid-19 cases as they intend to ship some of the vaccine to more vulnerable countries-Livemint reports.

Gamaleya institute explains that the RDIF one-shot Sputnik Light vaccine is 79.4 effective against the novel corona virus and is only $10 per dose.
