African billionaire Dangote's son in law Jamil Abubakar, has revealed a DM by a  Indian instagram user asking him for $135m

Jamil Abubakar son of formal Inspector General of Police (IG) Mohammed Dikko Abubakar, got marvelled at the request saying, he has gotten such messages in the past but, this one is simply outrageous.

Jamil tweeted; 

I mean I have received some requests in this life, but this is by far the GOAT, he is asking for $135 million USD if I’ll be kind.
